WooCommerce
WooCommerce is a WordPress PLUGIN that allows you to turn your website into an online store. WooCommerce is a free plugin built for WordPress that also has additional paid plugin enhancements (think of plugins like Apps – you can have the free version or upgrade to do more)
WooCommerce has great documentation and will walk you through all aspects of adding products and much more.
I recommend reviewing each section of the documentation along with the tutorial videos that show you how to implement each task.
Store Settings
Just like with a brick & mortar store, your online store has an administrative side. You’ll find that in your dashboard sidebar under “WooCommerce” those are your storewide settings.
Within Settings, you’ll need to add a way to accept payments. Currently (as of October 2018), if your business address is located in the US Virgin Islands, the only online payment option is PayPal.
